Colleagues,

I would like to hear from fellow practitioners re experiences with small
firm/solo practitioners pooling resources to share admins, referrals, etc.,
outside of a traditional partner framework, in order to further each of the
colleague's respective practices.

To that end, I would like to know about fellow colleagues' experiences or
guidance on how "of counsel" attorneys work, especially when it comes to
tax structures for Of Counsels who maintain a portfolio of their own
clients when "joining" an existing firm.

Please feel free to email me directly, at rtl at rtleelaw.attorney.

Thanks!
-Tom Lee
