[WSBARP] CDC New Order

Hi All,

My clients have recently asked for an update on how the new CDC order affects current state of eviction moratorium/bridge.

After review, my thoughts are that

  1.  CDC doesn't have authority to bind states to this order; Supreme Court agreed last I checked
  2.  Even if it applied this only affects nonpayment of rent cases, but does not impact any other types of evictions/UD actions

Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.
