<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">CDC doesn’t have authority to bind states to this order; Supreme Court agreed last I checked<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Even if it applied this only affects nonpayment of rent cases, but does not impact any other types of evictions/UD actions<o:p></o:p></li></ol>
