[WSBARP] Ejectment v. unlawful detainer

Listmates,
Apologies for double posting.
A person is expressly authorized to live in a rental property, having been
named, and delineated as a "Tenant," in a lease, but the person hasn't
actually signed the lease. If that person's co-tenant who actually signed
the lease moved out, and the non-signer remained, and the landlord was
forced to remove the non-signer through the courts, would the landlord be
stuck with an ejection action, or would they have access to unlawful
detainer?
Sincerely,
Peter
