[WSBARP] RE Contracts and taxes

No, I've not heard of that, but I'm not sure I know what "tax roll" means.

I possibly ran into a somewhat similar problem with a trust under a will 
and the county assessor agreed to send duplicate tax statements to the 
successor trustee.  That dealt with my issue.
