[WSBARP] Referral for Water Trespass dispute

Looking for referrals for an attorney in Seattle area who can handle a
water trespass dispute between adjoining property owners in Seattle.  The
potential client is currently in contract to sell their home and received a
letter asserting claims related to drainage/runoff issues between the two
properties. Will pass all names including self-referrals received on to the
potential client.
