[WSBARP] Abandoned Property Process

Hello again: (how is everyone doing these strange days?)

The tenant has abandoned a lot of personal property at the premises and has
not returned for a month and is in no direct contact with the landlord.  I
represent the landlord.

We intend to use the process of RCW 59.18.130.  Does anyone have a format
to use for this process?

We will also invite the former tenant to work with us to make arrangements
for the delivery of his property.  The tools and a few other things have
about a $3,000 to $5,000 value.
