[WSBARP] utility shut-off of connection to private water system during moratorium

See Governor Inslee’s Proclamation 20-23.7. The proclamation refers to “all
energy, telecommunications, and water providers.” Robert is current, the
UTC is also taking steps to address this issue for those utilities under its
jurisdiction.

In addition, I am aware that there are several governmental and private
non-profits that are assisting low income residents with delinquent utility
bills. You just have to search in your geographical region for those that
are assisting.

Is the water system under the auspices of the WUTC? If so, they have
promulgated some rules I believe.

Interesting question came to my attention just now:

does the Governor’s pandemic moratorium preclude the operator of a private
water system from shutting-off a user’s water service?

If you don’t know the answer, to whom might you refer me?

Many thanks, listmates.
