[WSBARP] ULD reality check

Did they enter the property lawfully? If they did, and they have been there
for 14 days or more, then the Proclamation will apply and the best route I
can see based on the facts is to have the PR issue the 60 day notice to
terminate re: intent to sell (assuming that's the PR's plan). Then you can
file an unlawful detainer and not an ejectment. I'm not convinced an
ejectment will get around the Proclamation's requirements of at least 60
days' notice (now by affidavit).
