[WSBARP] Old deed with wrong name for grantee

Why cant you rerecord deed with name change and identify deed as  re record to correct mistake as to name of grantee

Hi all.  Looking for the collective wisdom once again....  HOA long ago received a deed where grantee is "XXX Company" rather than "XXX Association."  We want to fix this now. What are your thoughts as to the form?  Thanks.
