[WSBARP] Old deed with wrong name for grantee

Hi all.  Looking for the collective wisdom once again....  HOA long ago 
received a deed where grantee is "XXX Company" rather than "XXX 
Association."  We want to fix this now. What are your thoughts as to the 
form?  Thanks.
