Dear List-mates:

I received a call from a longtime client who just received an insurance
claim rejection (client’s insurance company is USAA) with respect to damage
to client’s home that is believed to be tied to the home’s windows
(possibly causing bigger issues in the walls of the home). Home (in Pierce
County) was built in 2000 and client purchased it in 2017.

This PC is looking for an attorney with experience dealing with insurance
companies regarding homeowner claims. An attorney who also has
construction defect experience would be ideal. All names (including
self-referrals) are welcome and will be forwarded to the PC.

Thank You,

Nicole
