Hi Brain Trust -
So it's my understanding that, under Gov. Inslee's order, evictions in
landlord tenant can only move forward if brought for the health and safety
of owners/residents. Has anyone drafted an affidavit so that it addresses
this order requirements? If you are willing to share it with me I would
really appreciate it as I believe I need to use it to get an occupant out
who is dangerous to others (and probably himself).
