[WSBARP] HOAs and essential workers

Again, this is just for HOA enthusiasts. I have looked at the list of
essential workers, and it seems to me that when they were writing it, they
did the best they could, but they forgot that HOAs exist. I have put
together a list of possible categories that might apply, see attached. But I
am talking to my clients about the first entry on the list:  Workers who
support food, shelter and social services, and other necessities of life for
economically disadvantaged or otherwise needy individuals.

 

I am telling my clients that this is the time to become the best you can be.
As an HOA, you have systems, connections, staff; and all that adds up to,
you are the absolutely best resource for your members in their time of need.
There will be needs for food, supplies, transportation, information, and on
and on. So stop arguing with each other about what the Bylaws say or don't
say, and get started organizing. 

 

I welcome any improvements to my list, or my message.
