[WSBARP] Off topic Court Orders

Just a question that came up today at the office.  If the Governor orders shelters in place, what happens with child custody orders?  Is a Court order to pick up X child at Y o'clock sufficient to leave home?  It seems to me it should be as I don't know by what mechanism the Governor can suspend existing Court orders, but curious as to the thoughts of others.
