[WSBARP] Earnest money

Has anyone been contacted by people asking if they can get their earnest
money back under a PSA or deposits under new home contracts?

Without seeing any actual PSA's yet or new home contracts yet, I imagine
those documents would control. But might the current circumstances offer an
alternative means for people to cancel contracts without or with limited
penalty?

A PC has reached out to me but I haven't seen the PSA yet, so thought I'd
float the question generally. Any thoughts would be most appreciated.
