[WSBARP] 60 Notice to Terminate Tenancy

Listmates,

 

Have any of you given a 60 day notice to terminate a tenancy because the
Landlord is selling the property?  Such termination is allowed under the
Governor's proclamations.  If you have done one, do you use any special
language referencing the exception to the moratorium?
