Kary,      Thanks for forwarding the Seattle Times. I wish they had mentioned that the new rule will allow people who have failed the bar exam multiple times to be admitted. They also could have mentioned that the sole basisfor a complete reversal of their position, as far as we know, was the letter from Dean Clark.      The Mason County Bar Association has written to the Supreme Court, copied attached. The only way this is going to change is if every one writes to them and they are inundated with comment. It is clear right now that they are not inclined at all to change their minds and the last I heard about the BOG meeting this weekend, they are not going to challenge the Court further.
