[WSBARP] Governor Inlee's Moratorium on Unlawful Detainer Actions

I was surprised that he hasn’t already extended last week nor included in
today’s extension.



I suspect some horse trading occurring between the governor’s office,
tenant lobbyists and the landlord lobbyists.

I would bet that just because this document doesn’t reference LL-T
moratoria, that doesn’t mean it won’t still be forthcoming prior to 6/4/20.

Just issued a few minutes ago by the Governor. No extensions as far as I
can tell.

Still in effect, though due to expire June 4 at this point. See Gov. Procl.
20-19.1, attached.
