Good afternoon listmates.  Any banko gurus among us?   Client enters a Purchase and Sale to buy a residence In May of 2020. Later finds out Seller is in a Chapter 13, filed in 2019.   Prior to closing, Seller enters another Purchase and Sale for more money and fails to show up at first closing.  In an ordinary contract case the course of action is pretty clear but the bankruptcy gives me pause.  Does the Chapter 13 add any wrinkles?  Can the Seller be sued while they are in bankruptcy a chapter 13? Is my client's contract voidable?  If so by whom, Seller or Trustee?   Thanks for any insight!
