Hello Learned Practitioners:

I have a client that is engaging in a boundary line adjusted with a
neighboring parcel in King County. I'm familiar with the process broadly in
terms of applying to the County for approval, but I had some specific
questions about drafting the deeds and the agreement between client and
neighboring property owner.

Does anyone who has run through this process spare a few minute so I can a
few questions about some of the particulars of how you draft the deeds (i.e.
do you do two deeds or just one deed from the party that loses the land?)
and the agreement (do you have it recorded or not? what do you typically
included aside from the before and after legal descriptions? Etc.)

My schedule is flexible so anytime that you have to answer these quick
questions will work for me.

Thank you all in advance.

Warmest regards,

Michael S. Safren, Esq.
