[WSBARP] referral for squatter problem in King County

Dear Listmates, I have a client who has a squatter problem in a house he bought to remodel.  Electricity has been turned off, the police went to the house at client’s request and the squatter who had no ID claimed she had been paying rent to someone and so the police took no action.  Does anyone know someone who works in this area, and can navigate the governor’s eviction moratorium?  Thank you.   Yours truly, Doug Owens
