[WSBARP] View Easement

Attached in Word format is a form of view easement creating a view corridor to the water.  This may of course be modified if the view being preserved is of the mountains, river,  or is a territorial view.  Please feel free to use or alter as you wish, and note that the legal descriptions of the properties are referenced as exhibits, as well as a legal description of the view corridor.  I also like to include a map of the benefitted and burdened properties and the location of the view easement as an illustrative exhibit, and this is referenced in the form attached.
