[WSBARP] wrap around RE contracts

After not preparing wrap around RE contracts for probably 20 years, I now have a client whose credit union told him, in writing,  that when he sells a parcel to his kids he should just wrap around their existing deed of trust and loan.  So I am hope someone could send me a wrap around contract.
