[WSBARP] Landlord Question - Next legislative session

More interesting legislation. It sounds to me that the funds have many
strings attached to them which make it difficult for the purposes of
distributing in areas (like Washington) where the lack the the ability to
move forward also means that many tenants/households don't apply for these
funds so they may miss their opportunity (and thus the landlord loses their
opportunity to receive some payment). Meaning, the states that have let
evictions move forward are more likely to receive the aid needed to
reinstate tenancies.

Does anyone else see that? Or am I missing something?
