[WSBARP] May a PR testify as to value of property held by an Estate?

All:

My OC contends that a personal representative may testify as to value of a piece of real estate held by the Estate for which she acts as the PR. The basis for this contention is the general rule that an owner of real estate may testify as to its value as such a person has intimate knowledge of the property.

Is anyone aware of a case, or other authority, which extends this general rule to personal representatives? It seems to me that it should not extend to PRs.

Thanks.
