[WSBARP] Motion for judicial dissolution

Anyone have a petition for judicial dissolution under RCW 25.15.274 they’re willing to share? I have a PC in a bind with the two other members of an LLC. Alternatively, PC would like to force a buyout but they don’t have a written Operating Agreement, relying on RCW 25.15 as the OA.
Any direction on this is most appreciated.
