[WSBARP] need a referral

Potential client has claim for defective roof on relatively new town 
home. Problems with leaking roof almost from the beginning. Building is 
4 years old.   Building warranty has expired- there is extended warranty 
from  American Home Shield, but they  have not been responsive. Expert 
opinion advises that roof was improperly constructed and needs to  
re-designed/re- constructed. Mold problems have been discovered in past. 
Property in Seattle. Client can pay.

Who handles this type of claim?
