[WSBARP] Looking for a hungry young lawyer

'Mates, the last time around a falling housing market, I made some decent
money working on a contingency basis seeking a return of earnest money.
However, I am now too old and slow for such work...

I have a current client facing a forfeiture of $88k -- ouch! Their
financing failed. But as can happen, the lender is now balking at providing
the writing required by the standard form (22A) financing contingency.

The claim has its challenges, but the lender's apparent refusal to
cooperate is particularly galling. It seems to me like -- perhaps -- the
lender's failure to cooperate constitutes a breach of its duty of good
faith and fair dealing, such that the lender is liable for the resulting
loss.

Is anyone interested in chatting further about this case and possibly
taking it on a contingency basis? Given the amount at issue, it sorta
pencils out. Give a call, and if it makes sense then I can make the
referral.

I'd love to give these folks some hope, if they are willing to take on the
attendant risk. Thanks as always.
