Nestor:

I have done it, but it is not a form thing. It depends upon what the governing documents say about the combining of units.

Subject: [WSBARP] Condominium Relocation of Boundaries between adjoinoing Units.

PC and Fiancé each own a unit, side by side in a Condominium. They are seeking to join the units and have consent of the board and Mortgagee after deeding the properties to each other. Have any of you done this and do you have a form you can share.

Thanks.
