[WSBARP] Condominium Relocation of Boundaries between adjoinoing Units.

I have done several of these but there is no "form". If this was condo formed under 64.34 nee3d to do an amendment signed off by unit owners and approved by the association bd. of dir. and the an amended survey map and plans need to be recorded showing the altered boundaries if questions please call

PC and Fiancé each own a unit, side by side in a Condominium. They are seeking to join the units and have consent of the board and Mortgagee after deeding the properties to each other. Have any of you done this and do you have a form you can share.
