Yes bylaws just need to be consistent with the Declaration, the Washington non profit corp act and RCW 64.38 assuming this is not a condo

Listmates,

A "mature" Homeowners Association has asked for its Bylaws to be updated.  In reviewing RCW 64.90.075(a), this HOA appears to be exempt from RCW 64.90 because it was created before July 1, 2018.  Is this a correct interpretation?
