[WSBARP] Seller Financed - Deed of Trust Foreclosure - Foreclosure Loss Mitigation Declaration

[Jeff Davis]

Client did a Seller financed sale of her home.  After sending the first
required letter, with no response, we are ready for the Notice of Default.
It appears that RCW 61.24.031(7)(a) waives the Foreclosure Loss Mitigation
Declaration in this situation.  Is this correct?
