Sound Transit

Thanks for your comments. This is a commercial property in which Sound
Transit may, in the future they said, be expanding and adding another rail
line or they may put in an overpass, assuming that everything goes right
for ST. Either way the commercial tenants will be negatively affected.
There is opposition to these approaches. The Lease contains the standard
CBA condemnation provision. What is the Landlords duty to disclose to the
Tenants or future tenants?
