[WSBARP] Small Claims Court and Non-resident Plaintiffs

In the words of Roseanne Roseannadanna, Never Mind.  I found my files and I used RCW 12.40.080 to ask for permission to appear on behalf of an out-of-state defendant.  Maaaan, is it time to go home yet?!?!?

Listmates;  Happy Friday.  I vaguely remember representing a nonresident plaintiff in small claims court but I am not finding the exception that non-resident plaintiffs may be represented by an attorney in small claims court.  Anyone know this off the top of his or her head?  Thanks.
