[WSBARP] Docusign

Listmates,  I acknowledge being old and skeptical of technological " advances"  and was wondering if anyone has thoughts on Docusign.  I read the section on "is it legal" but it was just techno speak to me and end the end I had no confidence as to its enforceability or security.  Has anyone had experience trying to enforce or defend a document electronically signed?   I would appreciate thoughts, rants and options.  Thanks, Craig
