[WSBARP] Need a model Consultant contract

Hello, Listmates.

Need to help a client and a business he will be doing work for draft up some kind of an agreement for the client to provide occasional hours of work as a consultant. So, not an employee, but an ongoing relationship where the client works on project for the business.

Anybody have a model I could take a look at?
