[WSBARP] Special Needs Trust issue

Hello Listies:

The beneficiary under a Special Needs Trust made and emergency purchase of
a car because her car broke down and died.  She put the down payment on her
credit card and now wants the Special Needs Trust to pay the credit card
bill for the down payment.

This is interesting.  I am a little leery.  If the Trustee pays the credit
card could it be interpreted as paying the Beneficiary directly?  Would
this violate the SNT and medicaid benefits received by the Beneficiary?
