I am planning on getting a favorable outcome at trial in Snohomish County, where I have a couple of defendants squatting on property belonging to my client. I'd like to get a writ issued by the trial court and move right into getting sheriff's assistance to eject them.
Anyone have thoughts or experience on what type of writ to ask for, and what works best with Snohomish County to get the sheriff's cooperation? Are there bond or indemnity issues?
Sincerely,
Eric
