[WSBARP] deed for successor trustee

Hello Friends,

 

This should be easy.  Trustee for irrevocable trust wants out, and successor
is found, but since this is the second successor, she is not named in the
trust.  Former trustee wants his name off deeds for real property owned by
the trust.  Looking around, it seems that a SWD is called for, but what does
one say is the "good and valuable consideration"?  I'm tempted to say,
"relief of the duties as trustee" but wouldn't want to make things weird.  

 

What would you do?
