[WSBARP] Shipwreck!

Hi all,

A client owns a marina in the Seattle area, and recently discovered a
wrecked vessel resting on the lake bed below.  The vessel has started to
leak a small amount of gasoline.

I have not dealt with something like this before, but I'm sure some of you
have.  Would anyone be up for a 10-minute phone call to help orient me on
what I'm sure will be a fantastic voyage?
