[WSBARP] Referral for Contractor Who Didn't Get Paid

Hello, Listmates.
I have a former client who is a self-employed construction contractor. Handles what seem like fair-sized remodels to me-10 to 30K, occasionally larger. A client of his is refusing to pay. He needs to see about options for enforcing the contract, and is looking for an attorney with experience in contract litigation. If experienced in this kind of construction-based case, even better.
