Looking for a Will for Francis C. (Charles) Buckmiller who was a Vancouver, WA resident.  Age was in the late 80s or early 90s.  Son is named Ron or Ronald Buckmiller.  Decedent passed away four days ago but nobody is able to locate a Will despite being certain that there is one.
