Now published opinion! This made my Monday afternoon far more entertaining.

"The Boyles brought a nuisance action against their neighbors, the Leeches,
for staining caused by debris from a tree on the latter's property. The
trial court granted the Leeches' motion for summary judgment, ruling as a
matter of law that the Boyles did not establish actionable nuisance. We
affirm."
