[WSBARP] Looking for Referral for Landlord who needs to evict

I got a call from a woman in the Des Moines area who regrets sub-letting the lower part of the house she rents to some unpleasant tenants. Has a written lease. Not my field, so any referrals for folks who do evictions I can pass on to her are welcome. Spanish-speaking is a plus.
