[WSBARP] Turning multi family units into zero lot line townhomes

Would have to short plat to do that and that may prove difficult if not impossible  and if possible take time and expense the other alternative is to create air-space condominiums out of these which has the same practical effect as a zero lot line subdivision I have done many of these and would be of any assistance I can

Hey think tank -

PC wants to purchase properties that are duplexes, triplexes, or other types of "plexes" that are 5 units or less and turn them into zero lot line town homes. Does anyone have any resources available or experience they can share with regard to this process?
