[WSBARP] Turning multi family units into zero lot line townhomes

I don't have experience with that, but I did once see a duplex and SFR 
house turned into condo.  I'm not a big fan of small condo complexes due 
to ongoing management concerns, so this fee ownership sounds better than 
that.
