[WSBARP] Recommendations for Appointment of Appraiser - Homesteaded Property RCW 6.13.100

I need to have an appraiser appointed for valuation as part of a levy upon
homesteaded King County residential property. Writ of levy executed and now
recorded.

Recommendations for appraiser and horror stories on the process.

I have the paperwork from the King County Sheriff's Department and little
familiar with the process in Spokane County.
