The City should prepare it for you as each city has a process for accepting easements. Also, ask it to cover your fees for review.

I am looking for a sample easement language. Client is giving an easement to the city for a 7 inch sidewalk easement. Client is my family and I don't do real estate law and would love not to have to recreate this.

Any samples and/or tips and advice would be greatly appreciated!
