[WSBARP] Non-profit housing developer needs help

Dear colleagues, I am assisting a small organization in Pierce County with strategic planning and conflict navigation issues. They operate on a similar model to Habitat for Humanity. 

After 26 years in operation they need help revising their by-laws. More urgently, they need assistance creating a home equity financing document for their customers.
